I am proud to say working my asse off for the last three years has paid off. I have come out of my degree with a first class honours.

Woohoo, couldn't believe it. Lucky to walk straight into a job, which will suffice for the time being.
Decorating my house to sell and then onwards and upwards finally, the start of my own business is dawning, cant bloody wait !!!

Hi - I have temporarily stored my deviations until the "share this" issue has been resolved

My personal feeling are that

If I am enabling sharing of my work then it should be on appropriate sites such as stumble or visualise this- allof which many people use for graphic inspiration.

I would like to have the choice as to whether i can share my work - not be told that I must do so.

I may unstore my deviations if and when a tracking path is available so that we can see where our work is.

Well, where do I start?

I recently left my full time job and jumped into an Honours degree in Graphic Design. I love it. The only problem I face (and it's quite a biggie in terms of graphic design) is choosing and placing type.

I can see when it looks bad, I hate it if it isn't aligned correctly, and as for those who think Comic sans is a fab font, well you make me wanna puke, lol.

But seriously - I need help, I have read the books - but they dont help much. So I popped into chat to see if there were any rooms that could help in there- but there wasnt. So I have opened a room called "We Love Typography".

It is intended as a positive room - where you can get critique on work before you submit it for a deadline, maybe have a pool of ideas (for those who don't mind sharing.)

Tell us what inspires you and why.

I am hoping that together we can share and solve our problems and have a bit of fun along the way. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one whose confidence with type is not developing as fast as it should be.
